The Grey Eminence
Gray Flannel trousers were Fred Astaire's trademark. In fact Audrey Hepburn had a frame covered with gray flannel especially made for the signed photograph of Astaire that she owned. (from "Gentleman a Timeless Fashion by B.Roetzel ).
